- Customers must provide accurate details regarding goods, pickup location, destination, and shifting date.
- Booking confirmation is subject to advance payment.
- Final charges may vary depending on the volume of goods, manpower, distance, taxes, toll charges, and additional services requested.
- Full payment must be completed before final delivery of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Packing and Transportatio
- Our team uses quality packing materials to ensure the safety of your belongings during transit.
- Fragile, valuable, or delicate items should be declared before packing.
- The company is not responsible for damages caused due to improper disclosure of fragile or sensitive items by the customer.
- Transit schedules are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Be present during packing and delivery.
- Verify all packed items before transportation.
- Keep jewelry, cash, important documents, and confidential materials separately.
- Ensure proper access for loading and unloading vehicles.
5. Insurance and Liability
- Transit insurance is available upon customer request at an additional cost.
- In the absence of insurance coverage, the company’s liability for damage or loss is limited.
- Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
6. Delays and Unavoidable Circumstances
Aarav Packers & Movers shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Road blockages
- Government restrictions
- Vehicle breakdowns
- Political disturbances
- Pandemic-related issues

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made before dispatch of goods.
- Advance payments may be partially refundable depending on the stage of service.
- No refund will be issued after transportation has commenced.

- Flammable liquids

- Illegal substances
The company reserves the right to refuse transportation of restricted goods.
9. Storage and Warehousing
- Warehouse services are subject to availability and applicable storage charges.
- Customers must clear pending dues before release of stored goods.
